Since I am unable to do many product reviews right now I thought I would create a video on what it is like to train with injuries, and more specifically, with broken ribs.
As a mountain biker and trail runner I was itching to get back on the trails, and getting my fitness back was the first step. But I was nervous and had many questions. How painful is it? How hard should I push? What’s my timeline? I hope this video gives you some idea of what it’s like to train with broken ribs.
Side note: Obviously I am not a doctor and you should consult with yours before you begin any kind of training to make sure you do not risk further injury.
