It’s the video you didn’t know you needed!

There are so many videos on MTB technique, but not that much on mindset. Here are a few tips and tricks to help you achieve that flowsate when tackling big features like jumps, drops, slabs and skinnies.

Progression is something we all strive for, and the mindset plays a big role in determining a successful outcome. We set out in search of some big features at our local trails at Mt Penn. At each spot we discuss our approach, and the process we go through when attempting something that pushes our limits.
